2)go to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools ,Sign-in if you are not, click on Add a site to submit your site. If you are blogging on blogger blog then your site already submitted.

By one single step you can submit your site to all three search engines. Bing has the its own webmaster tools just like google does. Recently yahoo integrated with this webmaster tools too. Now go to http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster/ click on sign in there and enter your site home url. Bing will ask for verification. Choose appropriate verification method. If you are a blogger blog user you can verify you site by adding meta tag to your blogger template. Its done your site is indexed in Bing/yahoo/MSN.
